CYM vertical delaminator

CYM vertical delaminator was developed by Super company according to the experiences we had in our trial plant based on the friabilities of different crude. It is one of our patent products, it is available in both non-metal and metal rock delamination process.

CSM vertical CWM delaminator

CSM vertical CWM delaminator was developed from CYM vertical delaminator, it is fitful in coal delamination process. The equip was developed by national CWM research center and Hunan Super company and passed the industrial test in the China University of mining & Technology.

NDY direct fire rotary kiln
NDY rotary kiln is developed based on Chinese coal kaolin crude calcinations, its designing data is collected from 80-90%@2 micro particle size clay, and the output of series model is cover from 5000Mt/a to 100k Mt/a. The patent product technology is keeping ahead in China.

NDY-T direct fire rotary kiln
NDY-T rotary kiln is developed from NDY rotary kiln. The acid proof technology is applied in it, including feeding system, refractory line, burner, waste gas discharge system, etc. The patent product technology is keeping ahead in China.

FJ Ultra Fine Air Classifier
FJ Ultra Fine Air Classifier was developed by Super Company based on the experiences of other classifiers. We design the constructions based on different running conditions. It is suitable for oversize removal and trimming of particle size distribution in both non-metal and metal power process.

PWG Ultra Fine Dryer
PWG fine particle dryer was developed by Super Company, the patent applying is going on. Its theory is different from traditional high pump pressure or centrifugal spray dryer. Its advantage is small dimension, low energy expense (comparing to traditional size), free maintenance, and most important, 5 to 10 times of capacity than traditional equipments.

DF Series Delaminated GCC Description
The product is made from high qualified calcite and wet-milled with CYM vertical delaminators, its particle size distribution is fine and reasonable for better performance in suspension and dispersion, it has perfect brightness and wet hiding power. Spray dry product was pulverized with modern facilities to minimize the conglomeration during drying. The product is suitable for coating paper and paint application.

DS Series PVC GCC Description
The product is designed for use in PVC application. It is made from high qualified calcite which has high optional performance and very low chemical residue content, then wet-milled with CYM vertical delaminators and surface treated. Its particle size distribution is fine and reasonable, especially its surface treatment is perfect. The product is special for PVC application.

DW Series GCC Description
The product is made from high qualified calcite which has high optional performance and very low chemical residue content, then milled with Raymond mill and multi-class of air classifiers. Its particle size distribution is narrow and designed for use in paper filling, paint and rubber application.

DG Series Calcined Kaolin Description
Super DG series kaolins are calcined kaolin featuring ultra-high brightness. With advanced blend control of northern and southern of superior crude in China, DG series products are engineered and structured for different application fields including paper, PVC, paint, electric cable application by Super patent delamination facilities, then they have been dehydroxylated by controlled heat treatment for removal of crystalline-bound hydroxyl groups and to improve brightness, and particle size distribution redistributed by classification process. They are highly pulverized for better dispersion.

Application information
DG^®80 extender pigment imparts high opacity and good tint strength to paints and is a very cost-effective extender for TiO2. It is a fine particle size calcined kaolin extender pigment that may be used in a wide range of aqueous or solventborne flat, eggshell, semi-gloss and specialty paints. It can also be used in printing inks, e-coating and other applications.

Super DF series GCC is calcium carbonate powder featuring ultra-fine and high brightness. With advanced blend control of northern and southern of superior crude in China, DF series GCC is engineered and structured for coated paper and coated white paper board application, it can increase the solid content and improve the opacity of paper coatings, to to improve brightness, opacity, blister resistance and ink receptivity with minimal impact to sheet and print gloss while it replace part of TiO2.

Super DF series GCC is also a good extender pigment that may be used in a wide range of aqueous or solventborne flat, eggshell, semi-gloss and specialty paints. It can also be used in printing inks, e-coating and other applications.
