Product Description
Super DG^®50 kaolin is a calcined kaolin featuring high brightness. With advanced blend control of northern and southern of superior crude in China, DG^®50 is engineered and structured for rubber and plastic application by milling facilities, it has been dehydroxylated by controlled heat treatment for removal of crystalline-bound hydroxyl groups and to improve brightness, and particle size distribution redistributed by classification process. DG^®50 kaolin is highly pulverized for better dispersion.

Application information
DG^®50 calcined kaolin is a super high purity aluminium silicate suitable for Butyl rubber applications. Featuring high purity, large specific surface area, low loose loading density , anti high temperature , anti-oxidation , violet light shield, excellent electric conductibility excellent chemical resistance, and very little metal diffusion, constant brightness and HUB performances, DG^®50 exhibits erosion –proof even in extreme working conditions as in strong acid and alkaline solution. It can significantly enhance the strength of product if it been used in Butyl rubber. Besides, DG^®50 is available in other rubber and outdoor paint application due to its high brightness, excellent opacity and low residue.
