Product Description
Super DG^®80 kaolin is a calcined kaolin featuring ultra-high brightness. With advanced blend control of northern and southern of superior crude in China, DGÒ80 is engineered and structured for paint application by Super patent delamination facilities, then it has been dehydroxylated by controlled heat treatment for removal of crystalline-bound hydroxyl groups and to improve brightness, and particle size distribution redistributed by classification process. DG^®80 kaolin is highly pulverized for better dispersion.

Application information
DG^®80 extender pigment imparts high opacity and good tint strength to paints and is a very cost-effective extender for TiO2. It is a fine particle size calcined kaolin extender pigment that may be used in a wide range of aqueous or solventborne flat, eggshell, semi-gloss and specialty paints. It can also be used in printing inks, e-coating and other applications.
